Recess Fit (Inside Mount)

Fits within the window frame.

  • Sleek and clean look
  • Ideal for modern, minimalist styles
  • Common in flats with deep window frames

  • Recess Fit (Inside Mount)

Mounted above and outside the window frame.

  • Ideal if frame is shallow
  • Provides better light block and coverage
  • Suitable for traditional homes

  • Step 2. Measurements

    Measure for Recess Fit

    Width

    • Measure inside the frame from left to right

    • Take 3 measurements: top, middle, and bottom

    • Use the smallest width for accuracy

    Height

    • Measure from top of recess to sill

    • Take 3 measurements: left, center, and right

    • Use the tallest height

    Measure for Face Fit

    Width

    • Add 10–15 cm extra on each side of the frame
→ Example: If window is 100 cm wide, enter 120–130 cm

    Height

    • Add 10–15 cm above the frame for top clearance

    • Measure till where you want the blind to stop

    Final Checklist:

    • Write all measurements in centimeters
    • Double-check all sizes
    • Always round down for recess fit, up for face fit
    • Mark clearly which room the measurements are for
    • Decide on chain/cord side (left or right) during order
